Conditions of Use: Please review all the information available on our shipping, returns and replacement policies.

Terms of Sale: I guarantee any lampworked bead I make to be durable under normal use and will replace any bead that cracks under normal wear or stress. All my beads are carefully annealed in a digitally-controlled kiln and examined closely before sale for any possible cracks or defects. I will not knowingly sell a bead that is anything but the finest quality.

PLEASE READ: All lampworked beads sold by Icarus Beads are made from quality glass. Although each bead has been properly kiln annealed, it is still a glass bead, and can break if improperly handled, dropped, hit against something hard or exposed to sudden temperature changes. This may cause breakage which will produce broken glass pieces or sharp edges that could cause injury. When wearing glass beads please take care not to expose them to any situations that may cause them to break and be sure to protect them from impacts or extreme temperature changes. As with any broken object, please discard immediately . The spacers and other beads provided in sets from Icarus Beads should also be treated in the same fashion.

Please note that even with extra care taken to make sure that all photographs of beads and jewelry are as close to the actual colors of the various items, the variations in computer displays may give a different color or saturation of color. If you receive any item that you feel does not match up with your expectations we will be happy work with you on the issue if you contact us with your problem.

All jewelry created for sale on the Icarus Beads website or through auction is made of the best professional-quality materials and includes sterling silver, rolled gold/gold-filled findings and semi-precious gemstone beads purchased from suppliers who guarantee that they are not processed in any way unless stated in the item description. Please contact me with any questions you may have on items before purchasing.

Privacy Policy: I will never share/sell/barter/whisper any of your personal information with anyone else...ever. 

PAYMENT:  I accept all money orders and all major credit cards through PayPal's secure shopping cart system.
I am also happy to accept phone orders during business hours (see below) if you feel more comfortable not entering your information online. 
To pay with money order, please email me with your order to: info@icarusbeads.com. I will send you an invoice with a total to your email with the address to send payment to. These orders will be held for 14 days. If there is a delay in sending payment please email me as soon as possible as the order will be cancelled after 14 days.

Refund Policy: NO RISK SHOPPING! Your satisfaction with your purchase is a MUST!  If you are not happy for whatever reason, with your purchase, please contact me immediately. Within 30 days of purchase, a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping) will be refunded upon return of the item. Items must be returned in their original condition.
Regardless of the issue or time passed, please contact me so that I can do whatever is needed to make your experience with my jewelry the best for you!  

Custom Orders: I am happy to commission custom beads or a custom jewelry item. There is no extra charge for custom orders. To discuss custom orders just drop me an email.
After deciding upon the design and materials a non-refundable 50% deposit will be required in advance. Any changes made after the order is placed my incur extra charges that will be added to the final balance. The remaining balance is payable in full when you are satisfied with the final proof photos sent to you by email. Please remember that your monitor may display colors differently to mine. All custom orders are non-refundable. Resizing will be carried out free of charge on all custom pieces. in the case of any defect due to crafting or materials the item will be repaired at no additional cost.
